Returns, Refunds and Replacements
REFUND POLICY
- Dvibhumi offers refunds only if purchased items have arrived in a damaged condition, and if photographic evidence of the damage is sent to hello@dvibhumi.com no later than 3 days of receipt. Appeals sent later than 3 days of receiving the purchased items are not eligible for refund.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable and will not be included in the refund.
- Refunds are processed and credited back to the credit card (or bank account) that was used to make the purchase.
RETURN POLICY
REPAIRS AND REPLACEMENT
- Dvibhumi does not undertake repairs. We offer to replace products found to be defective during use, for a period of 6 months after purchase.
- Damage due to deliberate or careless mishandling, damage due to accidents, and cases of fair wear and tear (such as tarnishing) are not eligible for replacement.
- Products are ineligible for replacement after 6 months of purchase.
- Photographic evidence and description of the defect must be emailed to hello@dvibhumi.com
- Submissions will be carefully reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
