Returns, Refunds and Replacements


  • Dvibhumi offers refunds only if purchased items have arrived in a damaged condition, and if photographic evidence of the damage is sent to no later than 3 days of receipt. Appeals sent later than 3 days of receiving the purchased items are not eligible for refund. 
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable and will not be included in the refund.
  • Refunds are processed and credited back to the credit card (or bank account) that was used to make the purchase.


  • Returns are accepted in exchange for store credit which may be used to purchase another item from the Dvibhumi Web store at a future date.
  • To be eligible for a return, the purchased item must arrive at Dvibhumi's returns address unused and in the same condition that it was received, and in the original packaging.
  • The shopper will bear the cost of return shipping. Store credit will not include the cost of return shipping. 
  • Return items must be shipped back to Dvibhumi within 15 days of receipt. 
  • Any item returned damaged, or with parts missing, or not in its original condition, is not eligible for return (or refunds).
  • Dvibhumi is not responsible for return items delayed, damaged or lost during shipment. Under no circumstances will store credit be processed before return items are received in their original undamaged condition.
  • Only regular priced items are eligible for returns. Sale and promotional items are not eligible for returns.


  • Dvibhumi does not undertake repairs. We offer to replace products found to be defective during use, for a period of 6 months after purchase.
  • Damage due to deliberate or careless mishandling, damage due to accidents, and cases of fair wear and tear (such as tarnishing) are not eligible for replacement. 
  • Products are ineligible for replacement after 6 months of purchase.
